Shirley Williams

Shirley Williams, a member of the Bird Clan of the Ojibway and Odawa First Nations of Canada, was born and raised at Wiikwemkoong Unceded Territory on Manitoulin Island. Shirley was Professor Emerita at Trent University in Peterborough, Ontario, where she taught and researched the Anishinaabe language.
