Bożena Karwowska

Bożena Karwowska is a professor in the Department of Central, Eastern and Northern European Studies at the University of British Columbia. Her academic interests include feminist theories, migration studies and representations of the Holocaust. She recently published The Witness and the Body in Auschwitz: Early Literary Accounts of the Camp Experience (2023).
