Calliope Caroussis
Calliope Caroussis was born in London to Greek parents. She studied Chinese at London University’s School of Oriental and African Studies. She is primarily a translator but has also worked as librarian, researcher and editor. She has done numerous translations between Chinese, English and Greek. Calliope is bilingual and currently lives in Athens, where she volunteers at the Network for Children’s Rights. She is married with two children and four grandchildren.
