Michaël Escoffier

Michaël Escoffier is not the great-grandson of Auguste Escoffier, although he does cook up a few rabbits and fairy tarts in the course of his stories. He has written around a hundred children's books, and just as many biographies. He divides his time between France and Quebec, collaborating with a number of world-renowned illustrators.
